Sales Manager

With everything that is done to help turn a prospect into a new customer, it is hard to document and keep track of the steps along the way, including surveys, appointments, proposals and information. However, our Sales Manager application gives your sales reps one central location to document and access all of these steps in your selling cycle process.

Since all of the information is captured within the database, the software can then generate system reports based on things such as sales volume and labor hours. Reports are currently available in the following categories. Details are determined by the administrator:

• Prospecting Activity
• Sales Quotes and Bookings
• Dials Contacts and Appointments
• Key Performance Indicators

Sales Manager communicates with both our Maintenance Proposal and Project Pricing applications to import customer and agreement information. Your sales managers can also input their sales plans for each sales representative, and view them at any point in time to make sure the plans are effective.
